“Ivana has been a police officer in the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 30 years, where she performed tasks from team leader to the current position of senior inspector. She is a communication specialist by education, and her journey in IPA has been going on for ten years, from the position of president of the court of honour, member of the board of directors, information officer, to member of the court of honour in the section, and to the current member of the Women in IPA project. Ivana turns her dreams into her vision and her vision into reality.”
